A single 200W panel is often not quite enough to keep a battery bank charged through a full day of typical RV or van use — running a fridge, charging devices, and cycling lights adds up faster than one panel can replace. Pairing two panels with one 30A controller closes that gap without adding real installation complexity: one set of mounting brackets per panel, one run of cable back to the controller, one controller to wire into the battery bank.
Because the BRAVO 30 controller is rated for up to 500W on a 12V system, this kit isn’t a dead end. A third 200W panel — or a jump to a 24V setup with more headroom still — can be added later using the same controller, so the initial purchase doesn’t lock in the system’s final size.

No — this is the panel-and-controller kit. Rich Solar sells a version of this same kit bundled with a 100Ah 12V lithium battery, as well as a fully complete kit that adds an inverter, for those who want more included.

Yes. The BRAVO 30 controller is rated for up to 500W of solar on a 12V system, so there’s room to add a third 200W panel — or more on a 24V setup — without upgrading the controller.
