Can the C1000 Gen 2 capacity be expanded?
No. The C1000 Gen 2 trades expansion for a smaller, lighter body and faster charging. Choose the C2000 Gen 2 if you need an expansion battery.
Why is charging slower than 49 minutes sometimes?
UltraFast charging runs at full speed when the cells are above 68°F. Between 32°F and 68°F the station charges more slowly to protect the battery.
How do I enable UltraFast charging?
Plug in the AC cable, open the Anker app and switch on UltraFast Charging under Input. Standard 1,200W charging is gentler on the battery for everyday use.
Can it charge from grid and solar at once?
Yes – solar is prioritised and AC tops up the remainder.
Does it ship free?
Yes – free shipping within the contiguous USA and no sales tax in most states. Large kits may ship in several boxes that can arrive on different days.
